It might be too late, but oh well

Our compost barrels have finally arrived. They look great. Much better than I could have ever made them. We have two plastic barrels modified to have a door in the side. They sit about four feet off of the ground and have a two inch metal pole through the middle of them to help mix their contents. One barrel is fully loaded and hopefully in three weeks or so we will have some ready to use compost-y goodness. We also “finally” got around to planting our zucchinis, squash, and some more watermelon. We planted our one grape vine and our raspberry plant. About fifteen minutes after the fact we noticed some wild raspberries growing along the fence row. We will have to see how they progress also.
